Anyone can fill a log in after the fact. Real-Link captures the scan the moment it happens, with the guard's identity, GPS coordinates and a server-side timestamp that cannot be altered. NFC tags placed at each checkpoint
Adhesive RFID tags go at every gate, door, piece of equipment or point you need to verify. Each is registered to that location in your portal.

Guard taps their device to the tag
The Android device reads the tag. Name, time, GPS and location are all captured and transmitted before the guard reaches the next checkpoint.

Data appears in the portal within seconds
Supervisors watching the live dashboard see each scan as it happens. Clients with a portal login can see it too.

Report delivered automatically
At the end of each patrol period, a report is compiled and sent to your team and clients without anyone needing to do it manually.
What you need
NFC-enabled Android device
Supplied by Real-Link, pre-loaded and ready to go. iOS is not currently supported due to Apple NFC restrictions.
RFID and NFC tags
Adhesive tags for each checkpoint or inspection point. Supplied and registered in your portal as part of setup.
Web portal access
Any browser, any device. Live data for your team, a separate login for your clients, and reports that run automatically.
