The Web Portal
The Real-Link web portal is where all the data from the field comes together. Supervisors see live activity across all sites. Clients see data for their site only. Reports are generated and sent automatically. This section explains how the portal works.

Accessing the portal
The portal is browser-based. No software installation is required. Your portal URL and login credentials are provided by Real-Link when your account is set up. Access it from any device with a modern browser.
What you can see
What you see in the portal depends on your access level. Administrators see everything across all sites. Supervisors see their assigned sites. Clients see only the data for their specific site.
The main sections available in the portal include:
- Rounds / Control Room — live patrol status across all active rounds
- Employee Status — who is currently on shift and where
- Round Status — completed, pending and failed rounds
- Control Room — the virtual control room for real-time patrol monitoring
- Reports — access to all generated reports, filterable by date, site and operative
- Incidents — all submitted incident reports with photos and GPS
