Automated Reports
Real-Link generates patrol reports, attendance summaries and compliance records automatically and emails them to whoever needs them on whatever schedule you set. No one on your team has to compile or send them manually.
What automated reports contain
Reports are generated based on the data captured during the reporting period. A standard patrol report includes:
- All checkpoint scans with timestamps and guard identity
- Any missed checkpoints and the time windows involved
- Any incidents raised during the period
- Round completion summary
Attendance reports include clock-in and clock-out times, photos at clock-in and total hours on site per operative.
Report branding
Reports sent to clients are branded with your company name and contact details, not Real-Link's. Clients see your brand, not the platform behind it.
Report schedule
Reports can be configured to send daily, nightly, weekly or monthly. Separate schedules can be set for different sites, different clients or different report types. Report schedules are configured by your Real-Link account manager during setup and can be updated at any time.
In addition to automated emails, all reports are accessible in the portal at any time. You can filter by date range, site or operative and export to PDF or CSV. See Exporting Data for details.
Changing report recipients or schedule
