Digital Forms

Core feature

Real-Link forms replace any paper form your team currently uses. They are fully customisable, triggered automatically by NFC tag scan, and every submission carries a timestamp, GPS location and the operative's identity.

What can be digitised

Any existing paper form can be rebuilt in Real-Link. Common forms used by Real-Link customers include:

  • Patrol logs and site visit reports
  • Cleaning checklists and inspection forms
  • Fire extinguisher checks and fire door inspections
  • Incident reports, first aid records and near-miss logs
  • Defect logs and maintenance records
  • Site safety forms and risk assessments
  • Return-to-work forms and activity reports
  • Holiday requests and other staff forms
  • Visitor and contractor sign-in records
  • Vehicle pre-use checks

How forms are set up

Forms are built and configured by the Real-Link team as part of your onboarding. Send your existing paper forms or describe the fields you need and Real-Link will configure them in the system before you go live. You do not need to build forms yourself.

Sending your existing forms

To digitise your current paper forms, email them to info@novaepos.com or call 01243 855700. Real-Link will recreate them with the same fields, logic and required photos in the system.
