Missed check-ins go unnoticed
UK health and safety law requires employers to monitor lone workers.

A worker in difficulty with no way to raise an alert is a liability your business cannot afford.

Real-Link provides the panic button, the check-in schedule and the escalation chain in a single app running quietly in the background while your team does their normal work. There is no extra cost, no extra device and no extra app to learn.

Runs on the same device as everything else
Real-Link combines lone worker protection with guard tour verification, digital forms, incident reporting and time and attendance in a single app on a single device. One system, one training conversation, one monthly cost.
What you get

Everything your team needs, in one app.

One-tap panic alert
A clearly visible panic button on the device home screen. One press sends the worker's GPS location, name and timestamp to everyone in the escalation chain.
Timed check-ins
Workers confirm safety at set intervals with a single tap. If a check-in is missed, your escalation chain is notified automatically, in order.
Live GPS location
Supervisors see the real-time position of all active lone workers in the portal. Historical location trail available for every shift.
Escalation chains
Define who is contacted and in what order when an alert fires. Configurable per site, per role or per individual worker.
Tamper-evident incident records
Every alert, panic and missed check-in creates a permanent record with timestamp and GPS. Full audit trail for health and safety compliance.
Compliance reports
Automatic shift reports showing check-in history, alerts raised and response times. Exactly what insurers and auditors ask to see.
How it works

Protection that runs in the background.

Workers go about their shift as normal. The system monitors, alerts and records without interrupting what they do.

1
Schedules configured before the shift
Check-in intervals are set per role and site. A security guard on a night patrol has different requirements to a cleaner in a building.
2
Worker confirms safety at each interval
A single tap confirms the check-in. Identity, time and GPS are captured automatically.
3
Missed check-in fires the escalation
If confirmation is not received within the window, supervisors are notified in the order you have defined.
4
Panic alert sends location instantly
One tap on the panic button sends an immediate notification with live GPS to every contact in the escalation chain.
