This service is provided by Nova Epos Ltd ("Nova Epos", "we", "us"), trading as Real-Link. We aim to provide our customers with flexibility while maintaining smooth operations. As our software licences are billed monthly by the developers for any usage, we apply a 30-day cancellation notice period. This ensures billing aligns correctly and avoids disruption to your service.
Summary: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your dedicated account manager. A 30-day notice period applies from the date we receive your request. Invoices issued during the notice period remain payable.
All licence cancellations must be submitted in writing to your dedicated account manager using the contact details provided when you signed up. Once we receive your cancellation request, a 30-day notice period applies, starting on the day we receive your written request.
The effective cancellation date is the 30th calendar day counted from and including the day the request is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Example: If a cancellation request is submitted on 1 June, that day counts as day 1 of the notice period. The licence remains active through the notice period, with the effective cancellation date falling on 30 June.
Invoices issued during the 30-day notice period will still be processed as scheduled. Any licence usage during this period is billable and remains payable in full.
If you have ongoing or upcoming projects, we may be able to transfer your licence to another project rather than cancelling it. Please get in touch with your account manager using the contact details provided when you signed up.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no refunds or credits will be provided for days already covered by invoices issued during the notice period.
