Nova Epos is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chains. We uphold the principles set out in the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and expect the same standards from all our employees, contractors, suppliers and partners.
We are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings, implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, and ensuring transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners of Nova Epos, both in the UK and internationally where applicable.
Zero tolerance: we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any form.
Risk assessment: we regularly assess and monitor our supply chains to identify and mitigate risks related to modern slavery.
Supplier engagement: we require all suppliers to comply with our ethical standards and to demonstrate commitment to preventing slavery and trafficking.
Reporting: we provide clear channels for employees and stakeholders to report concerns or suspicions related to modern slavery without fear of retaliation.
Senior management oversee compliance with this policy and allocate resources for its implementation. Procurement ensures due diligence is carried out when selecting suppliers and that contracts include clauses on modern slavery compliance. Employees stay vigilant, complete relevant training, and report any concerns promptly.
We encourage all employees and business partners to report concerns about any instances of modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially to support@novaepos.com. All reports are thoroughly investigated.
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure effectiveness and to incorporate any legal or regulatory updates.
